Shipping Policy

At Blue Moon Space, every order is prepared with care and sent to you with love. Please read our shipping policy below so you know what to expect when your order is on its way.


Processing Time

All Blue Moon Space products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.


Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.

For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States: Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after production Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days after production (where available)

International: Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after production, depending on destination country and customs processing.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Blue Moon Space is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to fulfill and ship your order. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others depending on your location and the product ordered. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.


International Orders — Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Blue Moon Space has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package has not moved for an extended period or appears lost, please contact us at penny@bluemoonspace.com and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that once a package is transferred to the carrier, Blue Moon Space is not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Blue Moon Space is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at penny@bluemoonspace.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before production begins.
