Returns & Refunds Policy
At Blue Moon Space, every product is created with intention and care. Please read our policy below, as it varies depending on the type of product purchased.
Made-to-Order Products
All print-on-demand products — including art prints, journals, notebooks, and mugs — are made specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we offer. If your made-to-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at penny@bluemoonspace.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right through a replacement or full refund.
Other Physical Products
For all other physical products fulfilled and shipped directly by Blue Moon Space, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- You must have your receipt or proof of purchase
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order
To start a return, contact us at penny@bluemoonspace.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide instructions.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective — in which case we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues — All Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at penny@bluemoonspace.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged regardless of product type:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or are not in original condition
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or incorrect item and would like a different product, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at penny@bluemoonspace.com.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
